Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition you received them, with original tags attached. Please include your order number and proof of purchase.

Start a return by emailing admin@dontbedumb.net within 30 days of delivery. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything back.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges

We can help with exchanges for eligible items when the requested size or color is available. Contact us at admin@dontbedumb.net within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us as soon as possible at admin@dontbedumb.net with your order number and clear photos. We’ll work with you to resolve it.

Return shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service for returns.
